Prices

All prices are displayed in euros (EUR), including all taxes (VAT 21% included). Shipping costs are calculated when placing your order.

Payment

We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard). All transactions are secure.

Delivery

Delivery times and costs are calculated automatically based on your delivery address via our carrier bpost. They are communicated to you before validating your order.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason.

Return conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and in perfect condition
  • With their original tags
  • In their original packaging

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving and checking the returned items.

Warranty

Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. If a defect is found, contact us as soon as possible. We will proceed with the replacement or refund of the defective product.

Use: This data is used only to process and deliver your order, and to contact you if necessary regarding it.
